Physical Activity
Every day, we are surrounded by messages about what physical activity should look like. We see images of intense workouts, perfect routines, athletic achievements, and bodies that appear strong, fit, and effortless. Over time, it can become easy to believe that movement only counts if it looks a certain way.
But physical activity is not one-size-fits-all.
